we called this morning and they knew which car we were interested in. we agreed on a time to meet. they would not allow us to test drive the car and said their policy is you cannot have a mechanic nearby look at the car even if they come with us. We came here ready to purchase the car. i can’t imagine what kind of business they are running. but it is very unprofessional.

they are completely unprofessional. we agreed on a time to come here and they saidit was not possible to test drive or have the car looked at by a mechanic. i don't understand how they are running a business but have wasted out day.

Amazing place do purchase a used car. Bought a used toyota camry for my niece this past summer and the car runs amazing, even when it was not used for a month it started without any problems. Great prices on used cars specially in this high demand market.

Purchased a 2006 Infiniti due to a terrible car accident in August in October. By the second week of having the car it needed wheel bearings struts brakes fuel pump etc. I wish this dealership wouldn't have been so money hungry towards a single mom during an epidemic of a airborne plague killing humans worldwide. I'd rather buy a car from Craigslist then this Dealership...

Bought a car for my daughter , much cheaper than other dealers and it’s been over a year and have no problems. Actually did have an issue in the beginning but I came back and they spent $400 to fix it. Buying a used car can be a gamble sometimes but they did right. Thanks !

If there is no star I’ll give them “0” . I bought a car from them within 2 weeks And Idrive less the 50 mile I found broken axle . rack and pinion broken leaking master sylinder and crank shaft pully is broken also and some related parts . Everything I done by Raley Acura . I spend almost $4800.00 .I keep all the receipt. Before I go to Raley Acura I am trying to contact Abdullah . So many times I do phone call . He did not pickup. Finally Igo to AAA auto dealer office and I call him he pickup the phone and I try to explained him but he act like he don’t know me and he did not sale any car .

Shopping for a used car is a nightmare to begin with, all the scams, flood cars, and corrupt dealers. After a long search we found one on Long Island. After reviewing the Carfax (which we paid for) we decided to buy after a test drive and car passing NYS inspection. Front end noise which dealer said was the tires. Car inspection passed with a headlight out, horn not working, bad wipers and chips in the windshield. They replaced the headlight. No sooner got on the road and the tire pressure light came on. We took it to a Hyundai dealer they did recalls and said it needed front wheel bearings, axels, lower ball joints. Local garage said it needed front wheel bearings. Attempted to call AAA auto sales for two days no return calls had local garage do the work. $650.00 later finally got ahold of AAA auto sales. I was told to fax them the bill. Called to confirm that they received it and was told that they did receive it and will call us back. They never called to agree to pay for this repair. With 96,000 miles on the car we had a 30 day warranty per NYS law. We will never deal with this dealer again and buyer beware!

We had the most amazing experience at aaa auto sales when our daughter was buying her first car. The staff was so friendly and extremely professional. Abdul was a great salesman, aiding us through the entire process. He was so helpful in giving us everything we needed to make my daughter’s experience very special and memorable. I highly recommend aaa auto sales and their beautiful cars to all.
