I would like to thank all the people involved in working on my Ram 1500. From Ray in sales, the people at the front desk, and all the people behind the scenes that do all the work. Ziebart did an amazing job on my new cap and bedliner. Nice job everyone!!!

Went to ziebart with limited expectations as i know my truck was a mess i live on a dirt road. I knew this and was willing to pay the extra $$ But what i recieved for my over 400 dollars was to say the least very disappointing. I wont even get into the poor job outside , however inside they didnt wipe out the drawer (old astray area) also the glove box wasnt touched and the center council was barely wiped down. I should not have bothered emptying these for this "detail" job.I will include pictures of the matts that was how i got them back. Only took me minutes to clean myself.They didnt touch the cloth headliner or sun visor.I guess i expected attention to detailFirst picture is the drawer then the council.Disappointing would not recomend

Terrible service, and when they do mistakes they do not apologize. Expect to be left waiting and be treated rudely if asked why the delay on something they messed up that you had to return to fix it. Will not return

I have to admit I took our Dodge Durango in for its annual checkup we are in and out of there fairly quick home by lunch time considering we had a 9:30 appointment. The Ziebart was in West Seneca.

I November of 2022 paid $800 to have my GMC Sierra rustproof. Yesterday I had it at the bodyshop getting an estimate to repair rust damage on the bed wheel wells,$1,200! What was the point of getting it rustproofed and it rusted anyway! My truck gets washed every week so can't blame neglect. Wasted $800!

Service was excellent. I had an appointment that I had to get to late afternoon and they made sure that I had my car in plenty of time to make it. also did a nice job of explaining alternatives that may be available. Greatly appreciated their courtesy.

Eric T provided us great customer service. We were in a bind and Eric was able to find an opening in their schedule and get us in for our annual undercoating inspection and respray earlier than our appointment time. We really appreciate him helping us out.
