I went there today about 130 and sam put together a beautiful beautiful arrangement for my table at home where I have all the cards from my wife’s friends. She did a gorgeous job thank you sam all in about four hours.

They did a spectacular job for my fathers funeral service .. We asked for a specific type of arrangement and they made it even better than the picture. It took our breath away when we first saw it! They also did a gorgeous job on all the flowers we had sent to us from friends & family. Excellent & very talented staff!

Hannah and her team went above and beyond to execute the vision I had for our wedding flowers. They were responsive and the flowers were delivered on time and fresh. I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out!

My wife and I live in North Carolina, and we ordered a floral arrangement for my 96 year young aunt who lives in West Seneca, NY. as we like to work with local businesses. Yesterday I called William's Florist, and spoke with Robert. He spent time with us over the phone and gave us expert advice. In our conversation, he became aware that both our and my aunt's heritage is Polish. Robert said that he would have the arrangement delivered by an employee that knows Polish.... Today we received a phone call from my aunt, as she shared her joy and gratitude for the beautiful arrangement! She then said that Laura, the lady who delivered her flowers made everything extra special! Laura went above and beyond in a very caring manner. She placed the flowers where my aunt could see them, removed the plastic and made it look perfect! Then upon leaving, Laura stopped and sang, "Sto Lat!", which is a Polish Birthday song meaning, "May you live 100 years!" ... Needless to say, my aunt was touched by Laura's caring delivery! ... Therefore, we thank Williams 's Florist, Robert and the very lovely Laura for making my aunt's 96th birthday so very special! ... James

I William's Florist for my recent wedding at The Sterling and they were phenomenal! The florals were breathtaking. I met with Hannah who was incredible to work with - we went over my vision several times and she perfected everything to ensure it was perfect. Definitely recommend for a wedding & will definitely be working with them for any other events!

I have driven past this shop many times but did not have a need to stop. This past weekend, I had to order a special arrangement for my cousin, so I stopped. When I went in, there were other customers picking up their orders, and I was impressed! When it was my turn for assistance, I was greeted warmly. I described what I was trying to accomplish, she offered many suggestions and showed pictures of what she thought was a good fit. We agreed on an arrangement with delivery. Well, I got a text from my cousin with a picture of what was delivered, and all I can say was wow! It was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. From the moment you walk into the shop, to the delivery of your special arrangement, you will not be disappointed.
