Every time I go to the store Nick is working. He is phenomenal;

I was sick of the gross disposable capes I was getting and I thought it was time for an upgrade. I went in there on a Sunday and Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to just get me in and out, sell me something I didn’t need or upscale me on some junk. I love my new Orion 2 and delicious vape juice. I’m a first time refillable vape buyer and he answered all my questions very patiently. I was in there for an hour Untill I found the right combo of vape, and juice. A true professional. Congrats you got me as a customer for the foreseeable future

This shop is by far the most consistent place to go to if you need anything for yourself and your devices to work properly, have the right components, in stock, every single time I have been there.... It is located immediately. The gentleman who manages the place is the most knowledgeable and kind person to discuss any issues you might be having, and fix it for you so fast. It is amazing how he does it!! I recently made the mistake to go somewhere else bc I was too lazy to drive the extra few miles... Bad idea! I went straight to Wet Vapes in West Seneca and of course.... There he was, and knew, and fixed the situation just looking at the part I purchased from the other side of town, and had no problem just finding the right components and out the door I go, happy as per usual. Excellent service is the only way to describe this man. He deserves a huge raise in my opinion based upon my past experiences with many different places...Grazie Mille!A. Panzetta

Sign on the door and hours posted online say open until 9pm on Wednesday, got there at 7:15pm and they were closed. I wouldn’t have made the trip if I knew they were closed. So then I went to Decades on Seneca St. and found a way better price on Kratom anyways, so it turned out for the best.
