“We got excellent deals on a range, a laundry center, and a range hood. Not without problems, though. The first range we received was very damaged; the glass front was smashed. How this got loaded on a truck without that being noticed is a mystery but we had to wait for a replacement. Our laundry center was perfectly delivered. Our range hood is defective in that it is burning out 20,000 hour range bulbs in about a month. It’s an installed piece so we just don’t have to time to schedule a repair. Also of note is that all our concerns were addressed expeditiously.”
“Pick up App @ 11:30 am on Thursday but accepted me on Wed @ 9 am, after I called to see if it was possible they take me sooner also understanding sometimes they can't & I'm very thankful they did, Also confirmed that 12"9 - Overpass/Bridge on (Clinton St & New Babcock st) is A-Okay for 13"6 trucks !! City should change the sign. Friendly workers & fast loading paperwork & out by 9:30 am, Wish all shipper/reciever were like this I'd always want to come back, Thanks again! Keep it up ???”

“Generally fast and friendly service. The lot is very tight.. especially if there is a tractor in a door of one of the 6 docks. Go all the way in towards the dumpster and the building wall on the left side to give yourself as much room as possible to back into a dock.”

“They have everything u cant find in person at party city etc.. Order online only not a walk in place but stock is so well worth it. Wont find typical costumes either so if u want something different this is your place”
“Easy drop for me, they took care of me right away, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Lots of room to back sometimes, the spaces are full, there might be a wait, but the people inside were very nice and professional.”

“Awesome place, I was 3 hours late, 6:00am appt and arrived 8:45am on Friday… they took me in right away, make sure your wearing your safety vest, slide tandems to rear and drop trailer and disconnect when they give you a door.”
