The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. People are beyond clueless and slow to take care of people. They must need more staff.

I switched from WMart pharmacy to this Walgreens about 15 years ago because I was tired of being treated like crap. Up until the last couple of years I had never regretted my decision
Where the staff was established and I generally was helped on by a familiar face has devolved to I never know who's going to be waiting on me. Or whether I'm going to be required to give my life history *again* as if I've never set foot inside the building. Having spent 40+ years in customer service that's a pet peeve of mine. If you wait on the same customer a dozen or more times you should be able to at least recognize that customer.
Currently the pharmacy staff is in a perpetual state of employee musical chairs. You never can be sure when you'll be able to get your meds and/or have to make multiple trips because this pharmacy is randomly closed at all hours during the day.

Went with my mom to buy a fragrance. There were several in clearance. Someone helped her try a couple and she picked one that was $12 (after discount) the person helping said she was going in the back to see if they had it in stock. Cane back and brought a different one that wasn't even on display and was $25. When I asked why the one in display was not in stock and the one not on display (more expensive) was, she became upset and left, instead of trying to assist further..

Made appointment for pharmacy shots waited over 45 minutes. Way understaff they have one person does shots. Run around behind pharmacy like bunch chickens

This review is specifically for the pharmacist at Harlem Road Walgreens. The incompetence and condecention was so overwhelming I don’t even know where to start. The pharmacist rattled off dangerously misinformed and straight up incorrect facts about pregnancy to a pregnant woman whose medical history he knew NOTHING about. He recommending supplements knowing nothing about medical history and direct quotes include “you need to buy a pump and breast feed because it’s the best for the baby”, and the icing on the cake, “make sure you take probiotics to prevent autism”. Zero stars. Do better.

There Pharmacist. I believe his name is eddie is absolutely amazing he calls to let me know my antibiotics are ready it's 10 minutes to close and he offered to stay late so we can get them Coming from a person with a lot of health issues that needed these he is absolutely amazing I have never had better service like this
