Mayb I got lucky, but I will count my blessing. I was very impressed. My apologies to the other drivers who had bad experiences with this location as per many reviews on here.. My experience with this location went surprisingly very well and fast.Appt 6am. Arrived 2 hrs early. Dropped BOL in slot.Received call for door at 559am,Docked at 608am.Red light at 615am for unloading.Done unloading/green light 630am.They brought my BOL to me at the truck at 740am.Total 1hr 40mns.Had I not waited for BOL for an 1hr and 10mns, it would have been a perfect 5Oh last thing, no restrooms. 2 portable toilets outside by the gate in the cold. So that's another downside, but there's truckstop nearby if u can't hold it.Overall great. Good job US Foods

Not all of us do the same, my experience here is 5 stars. I arrived at 7:00am with an appointment for 7:30am while I was writing down my information on the delivery paper, a man came out and picked up the paper from me and in less than Within 5 minutes they were giving me the door and at 8:20 am I was ready to leave.

They took four hours to unload 11 pallets. Thats crazy. They barely communicate with anyone that's not with the company. One of the worst places I had to make a delivery. Plus they over charge on the lumber fee

Well. I got lucky I guess, considering all the bad reviews. App was at 6:00 am. In at 5:30, wrote my info and dopped the bills in the door small compartment. Got a call at 6:20, only had 3 pallets thought. Fell asleep till 8 to found out capstone sent the lumper fee at 7:30. Out by 8:30. I work the NE a lot, surprisingly I had never been there before. We'll see what happens next time.

Blacklisted!!NEVER again will i deliver a load to this dump. I'm 5 hrs and counting...Trust all the reviews you see...If you got a full truckload, you lucked out.They take out 2-4 pallets every 30 min, then they break it down, then they have to receive it...what a wonderful process to be a part of...Whatever businesses they supply, i hope they get rejected, and go out...just like i lost my business (next load )waiting for them.You know what's even more ridiculous...? When it's all done and your fuming for sitting here all day...they stamp your bills with "subject to count" stamp ????Good luck!

It took 6 hours to unload half of the trailer! I do not advise anyone who values their time to go here!!!

The worst warehouse I’ve ever delivered a load. I am usually open minded about other drivers’ reviews on Google map. And they were absolutely right about this place. My appointment was at 12 pm. Arrived at 8 am, was able to check in at 9am. Got a call for a door at 1340. Finished unloading and received my paperwork by 1500. Paid $382 for unloading service via Capstone electronic payment using company relayed code. As a company driver, I wish I would never come back here again.

They are so ridiculous, the worst receiving I have ever been to, they will be on my black list. I had an appointment for 8 am, throughout the day they called all other trucks and they called me around 3 in the afternoon saying that they would not unload the truck, that I should return tomorrow at 6 am. absurd!They should glad I leaved one star because they don’t even deserve it. TIME LOSERS!!

I do not recommend wasting your time and money in this place, to begin with it does not have night parking for drivers, the second is that to register at the office you have to put your information in the BOL and throw it through a mail slot that is in the office door because no one attends you, you have to park where you can until they give you the door and have a lot of patience and food because I registered at 5:45 am for an appointment at 6:00 am and they gave me the door at 6:35 am the worst of all is that it is already 2:07 pm and they still haven't finished downloading, don't come to this place I would give this place - 100 ⭐️ but you can't
