Great gym. The group classes are great. I wear a heart rate monitor and I get a really decent work out every time. Modifications are given if I can’t do an exercise (bad knees). Clientele are nice too.

These guys do a great job! We routinely refer patients to TREO because we trust they will modify workouts when needed and get patients stronger all while keeping them from re-injury. Keep up the great work guys!

Working out at Treo has been life changing. Over the years I have had a variety of gym memberships, but not like this. At Treo you receive the benefits of structured classes with interval training which combines both strength and cardio training. This balance has led to very positive changes for me. Another major difference is the benefit of skilled trainers that provide personalized assistance. You are always shown the proper form to achieve the greatest benefit. If you have not tried Treo, you are not doing the best that you can do for yourself!

I've since moved and don't go to Treo anymore, but being apart of Treo, the community, and the fitness regimen they develop for you, was LIFE CHANGING! The coaches are excited to see you succeed, work and develop your strengths and weaknesses, and make it an open, comfortable, productive environment. I wish I had a gym like Treo near me now, this is a rare style of gym that everyone should try. Anytime I have friends in the southern tier of Buffalo I ALWAYS tell them to reach out to Zack and his team. They have really flexible class schedules that work for any lifestyle, and work with you one on one to get you to your fitness or weight loss goals.

I am in town visiting and they let me come in and take a couple classes with them. It was a good group workout. I was given the right amount of individual attention when needed and everyone was extremely welcoming. There were times I had no idea what I was doing, but they did not make me feel like I was d**** they quickly came over and made sure I knew what to do and that I was doing it correctly. I will definitely come back when back in town.

Working out is hard - but Treo makes it easy. Working out on your own it can be tough to find that extra motivation to push yourself, pick up a heavier weight. At Treo the Coaches are encouraging and know when you can do more, and always encourage you at the right times. Like, when you are sure you can't do one more rep, but somehow they help you find the drive to keep going. Its nice not knowing what the class is going to be like today, always a fresh workout. So you don't get board. The classes are small and the other members are great. Its truly and "all level" type class and I have never felt intimidated. No judgement just encouragement. Its been the program I have stuck with the longest going on 5 years or so. There are always ups and downs and Treo is always willing to get you back on track.

TREO changed my life! I have been a member here for about 14 months and I can easily say it is the best thing to ever happen to me. I am getting leaner each day and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life. I feel fantastic. The trainers here pay close attention to detail, give you tips you can take home with you, and become your friend from the moment you walk in the door. I haven't had a single trainer or session that I wasn't completely happy with. "Group PT" is exactly what it sounds like. Personal Training, in a group setting. The workout can be compared to circuit training. There are strength exercises and cardio mixed together. The workouts make use of kettle bells, free weights, TRX straps, heavy ropes, mats, bands, medicine balls, swiss balls, prowlers, and more. Groups can be anywhere from 2-20 people, depending on who signs up. The workouts are set up as stations of 2-4 people, with varying reps and time frames. They change up the overall format for each class. Over a year later and I'm still learning new things each class! The trainers are highly skilled and right there for you anytime you need assistance with form or have questions about the movements. EVERYONE here is very motivating. Trainers push you to work harder, break limits, and achieve your goals. The members are welcoming and fun to workout with. We all work together to keep the group going. The atmosphere here is wonderful. Trainers and members are all very friendly. I can't say enough about the overall attitude and environment. It's just great. The membership here ranges quite a bit. Serious athletes and newcomers sign up for the same Group PT and both get a great workout. Variations and modifications are made clear for those of us working at a different level. There are other types of training available at TREO. I have not attended EPIC yet and have not taken advantage of one-on-one training, so I can't say much about those options. TREO also offers occasional "challenges". This is how I originally joined TREO. I started during a fall challenge. Right now, I am a part of "Fit in 15" which is a post-New Year's 6-week fitness challenge. I took a body assessment at the beginning, set goals for my experience, and have been attending workouts 3 times per week. They set up opportunities to earn points during the workouts. There are additional at-home challenges as a part of Fit in 15. This week is plank week. Three minutes of planks at home is worth one point. Participants were divided into teams to motivate and compete for prizes. There are nutrition seminars and facebook support throughout the challenge and another body assessment at the end. This particular challenge has been so fun for me. It's a great way to stay motivated. It is important that you know this IS ABSOLUTELY NOT a naggy gym that focuses on trying to get you and all of your friends to sign up for 2-year contracts. This is a family business that values your success and achievements over anything else. They will check in on you -- they will call and email on occasion -- but because they care about how you are feeling and whether or not are achieving your goals at TREO. They also have an excellent facebook community that you are invited to once you join. The private groups they maintain have been motivational to me and offers an opportunity to make new friends. For frame of reference, I've worked out at just about every type of local gym and most of the national chains. I have never experienced anything as awesome as TREO in WNY. I still do yoga and spin, occasionally, outside of TREO, but nothing compares to the workout I get here.
