My son made an appointment for service. the morning of his appointment he found out the mechanic was sick so he rescheduled. Showed up for the next scheduled appointment,30 min drive 8:45 am. They told him the mechanic was still out sick. when do we as consumers get to charge a no show fee???

Had an appointment for service on my vehicle. Sat in waiting area for over 2 hours. Went into service area to see how much longer only to see that it wasn't even touched. What's the sense of having an appointment if they can't handle it. When I asked why it wasn't on a lift yet I got a sarcastic response of we are going as fast as humanly possible. This place is a joke

Of course the seller was amazing but once you bring it in for service, it's horrible. The woman who takes the car in, doesn't know anything , doesn't explain how long is going to take...horrible!!

I took my 2013 KIA Sportage in for the safety upgrade that KIA was offering while my vehicle was there Frank in the service department also did two other upgrades. They were very efficient and thorough and provided me with excellent customer service I would recommend them to everyone thanks for the great service FrankJudy Millard

Integrity, Highest in quality of service, highest in customer service. Highest level of professionalism in staff and overall organization of dealership. As busy as service is they check on customers and give real time updates. I bought my car at a big named dealership. Took in to that dealer service never to return. Transitowne Kia took better care even though its a Nissan Rogue. They treat customers specifically women with respect. Good value as far as cost of service. I was assisted within minutes of arrival. Issue 1 was addressed in 2 minutes. This is because Melissa listened. Issue 2 addressed again because Melissa listened. The 3rd issue resolved unbeknownst to me the previous dealership said they changed air filter when I bought car and they didnt. She ordered filter. Problem resolved.

They damaged my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change and tried to steal my brand new wheel lock key. I had to drive back to get the key after I discovered it missing from the cup holder I'd left it in. Since they didn't rotate the tires, there was no need to remove the key. They also pried one of my cargo hooks out of the trunk area and have refused to fix it or compensate me for the damage. I filed a BBB complaint and the Service Center manager Melissa, who has never even returned my call, denied everything- even removing the wheel lock key.Kia tells me they have no jurisdiction over this dealership. I had previously purchased a car through them, but never again will they get my business!!!Also the GM Kyle who said he would pay for the part and give me employee pricing on the repair never followed through, although he did send me a weird email after I wrote this review.

***Do not Take your vehicle here for any type of repairs***I took my Kia Forte here for a check engine light, dropped the car off and went on my way, The next day I was told that they could not get to my car and it would have to wait for the next day, The following day I heard nothing and called around 2:00PM and was informed they could not get to the car because the Kia Techline online service that they use to diagnose the vehicles with was Down and had been for a couple of weeks, now one would think that they would have informed me of this even before I dropped off my car, on day 3 same thing, Kia Techline was down, I needed my car so I drove the 25 minutes back to Transitowne and picked up my still broken vehicle. A few dayS later I received a text from someone at what I presume was the dealership asking how my experience was and if I could complete a survey, I texted back my thoughts on the absolute atrocious and lousy customer service and my overall experience, I was then texted back a couple days later and was told that the Kia Techline online tool was back online and to bring my car back the following week on a Wednesday.On Tuesday I called just to be sure that everything was ready for my appointment, well, guess what? At first they had no appointment scheduled for me, then mysteriously They did, but I was told that the Kia Techline Online service was still DOWN and that my car could be there for days .. AGAIN!!I then knew that this was absolute BS, and for whatever reason they were blowing smoke up my arse.I then called another Kia dealership and asked the service department if the Kia Techline tool was down, they stated it was not and to bring my car in, They asked me who the other dealership was and I told them TransitTowne, the service manager simply stated 'That doesn't surprise me.

Eric in collision genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier. I felt so confident having him work on my car and he did a great job.
