My son made an appointment for service. the morning of his appointment he found out the mechanic was sick so he rescheduled. Showed up for the next scheduled appointment,30 min drive 8:45 am. They told him the mechanic was still out sick. when do we as consumers get to charge a no show fee???

Of course the seller was amazing but once you bring it in for service, it's horrible. The woman who takes the car in, doesn't know anything , doesn't explain how long is going to take...horrible!!

I took my 2013 KIA Sportage in for the safety upgrade that KIA was offering while my vehicle was there Frank in the service department also did two other upgrades.
