“Not only is it reasonably priced ALL THE TIME, but the manager (I think his name is Nathan) helped me in true Buffalo spirit last night. I tried to put oil in my car and it wouldn't start after. He came out to help me diagnose the problem and once we figured out I needed a tow, he helped me get it into a safe parking space for the night even though he had a sore thumb. He made sure I was safe before locking up for the night and I can't thank him enough.”

“From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.
