Good selection of tools to rent. Brought up that the snake I was provided was slipping because the belt was so loose. They worked with me to figure it out. Will definitely be back

One of our go to places to get things for our home. This trip we ran out of paint for our porch. The associate actually helped us from start to finish. We took a picture of our paint can including the tag of color we used. The can looked different and it was a different style can as well. So glad we came back and everything matched well.I did take a picture and they already had the Christmas decorations out. It wasn't even Halloween yet.

Home Depot service depends on who you talk to and why? One of the worst experiences I had was buying a refrigerator. The only available person at the time I was there was a manager. He was unloading a truck and had to stop to "help " me! He wasn't helpful at all complaining that he had to get back to unloading the truck. He finally told me to go to LOWES which I did! Not only did I get top notch service to buy the refrigerator but I went straight to Lowes when my stove and dishwasher were replaced a few months later! 1 star The garden department is great! Very helpful and a nice variety in products 5 star. Paint department is great too. Actually anyone but that appliance manager. I did report him to customer service and to cooperate.

The store was busy, but employees were more than willing to help and knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Lots of variety of the products I needed and nothing was out of stock.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Home Depot on Ridge Road. Sales, then delivery then service were horrible. I had to ask the BBB for assistance in advocating for me to be treated fairly. I was buying over $3k in kitchen appliances, some of which could not be installed in my home and that they then would not return. The delivery process was absurd, requiring me to take 3 days off from work. In the end, I went to Lowe's to finish my project and got stellar service. I will not shop at Home Depot again after this experience. The BBB was a great help.

Stopped by today to check out some new plants to feed my plant addiction. Grabbed a huge monster deliciosa for $15 which was a steal. They've had a great selection of plants lately for very good prices. My only problem is that they overwater everything so half the plants I buy die and have to recover because they've rot already.

I don't know what happened, but when i went to Home Depot to pick up an online order and just one bad thing after another was happening. The customer service desk was checking people coming in to make sure they have masks and "asked" me if i would like one (more like soft intimidation). I said sure, but had difficulties getting it on while i was walking up. They literally would not serve me until i put the mask on completely. And i've gone to the store several times before without a mask without this problem. Then, they didn't even have my order ready, even though i had bought it a week before and received a text message saying the order was ready from the store. Some whole hullabaloo happened with my order being moved around, plus some products not even being picked out. The staff literally went and picked out the pieces after i was under the impression it was all ready. I'd even be able to stand the order issues without the mask problem. But both combined really pissed me off. Never had any problem before, but this is the last time i'm going to home depot. Even if i have to drive a little further to the Lowes

I have only had a positive experience renting equipment from Home Depot. Knowledgeable staff, courteous service, and great selection and price.

Had bought a paint sprayer from this place for 150, it wouldn't work so we brought it back and told them, they worked it and said that it worked even thought it really didn't so we said we just want our money back. They proceeded to tell us that they were gonna charge us 100$ because it wasn't cleaned . They have the worst customer service in town and scam people on the daily.

Since there is nothing better to do I figured now would be the time to give the house some TLC. I went on the Home Depot website and noticed that they were doing curb side pickup & the store closes at 6 for restocking and sanitation. I placed an order online for some paint and sand paper. Everything was in stock at the store. I got an email telling me to wait until I got a follow up text or email that the items are ready for pickup. After 7PM I got an email stating that "part of my order was ready for pickup" and that I needed to get my items before the store closes the same day. Uh but the store is already closed and why is it only partially ready? I called the next morning and got hung up on after being on hold. I called again in the afternoon and asked if my order could be picked up. The rep said yes everything would be ready. I showed up at 4:30 and pulled into the curbside pickup lane. I didn't get a hold of someone on the phone until 4:50 and my items didn't make it into the car until after 5. I will say for a Thursday night Home Depot was bumping. At the end of the day it certainly wasn't the smoothest or most convenient purchase but I did get my items within a day and didn't have to walk into the store.
