Stopped by this location recently and changed myself and wife from Verizon. Was helped by Juan and he made the changeover to T-Mobile simple and easy. Would highly recommend this store for a headache-free experience and great customer service. Thank you Juan and team!!

As this review is for the Southgate store, I want to say that "J" and his team did a great job at making me feel at ease with my transition from Verizon as well as respecting what I was looking for and my knowledge. In a world where excellent customer service is becoming increasingly rare, J and his team are truly exceptional. All the guys are personable and work well together. Although I had to wait, I was greeted and acknowledged as I entered. Once served, I was thanked for my patience. Corporate T mobile made a mistake when setting up my account; however, J and his team stepped up to help me, and I never felt like a bother. As for corporate t mobile, I must say, although a mistake was made, they assisted me with grace and patience apologizing for their error. It's only been a week, and I am very happy with my coverage (Buffalo, NY) and how they value customers.

RJ was so helpful in transferring my dads old phone number to his new phone under my t-mobile plan. The other company was super difficult but after trying 2 separate times, on the third time it was successful. He was super nice and patient I appreciate it a lot.

* My Google reviews are always fair and true. *After 1 1/2 hours, I just hung up with Rob, a supervisor in customer service.Completely disgusted! This location and the 611 customer service team made multiple errors and awful service.This location didn’t inform me when I stopped in a week prior that I had to put $170 + tax down on my iPhone, and had a total of over $275 to just begin service.Then this location also upsold me to a plan I didn’t want or need. The store kept rushing me, and said I can get my federal lifeline benefit of $30 a month transferred from another carrier and that I can do it on the app.Over the past several days, I’ve spoken to several people at 611 customer service. They tell you their name and give you a personal guarantee! WELL, apparently, according to the Supervisor Rob in Customer Service, all they can do is apologize or clarify information.They had the NERVE to say they stopped Lifeline as of 12/31/22, AFTER THE STORE AND MULTIPLE REPS ASSURED ME I COULD TRANSFER MY BENEFIT!!!Now awaiting a phone call tomorrow from Rob’s superior. Also notifying the DM for Buffalo.How can I have this ridiculous servicing experience and they do NOTHING TO MY BILL for the multiple mistakes?? Why would I pay $30 MORE for service???This store and customer service just seems to want to make money!
