Employees were very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. Assisted in selection & tinted paint to the color I requested. I was in & out of the store within 30 minutes! Sales associate also carried my purchase to the car. Not my first time there and won't be my last.

I absolutely love Sherwin Williams paint however, when I came to this particular location to search for paint samples, and possibly some help matching up some colors, I was looking at, I was left Un-greeted. I was in there for a good 20 minutes, and not once did the worker greet me, ask me if there was anything I needed help with, or anything to even acknowledge me. He just sat there typing away on the computer and changing songs on the radio. It still won’t deter me from buying because again I love Sherwin-Williams paint, but I usually go to the (depew) location and I have to say they are much friendlier there.

I found a old can of Sherwin Williams paint for the house trim. They match the color up and found a exterior paint that will do wood and concrete. I wanted to use the same color.
