No customer service. Drug is on backorder but no one bothers to tell you until you show up for it after you called to have it filled 4 days prior.

It's the pharmacy that makes this Rite Aid so bad, the staff for customer service is awesome, competent and knowledgeable but trying to reach anyone at the pharmacy is nearly impossible most of the time.

Like the layout of the store but the employees working here are another story. You really shouldn't have cashiers working that wont greet you or even look at you. Customer service is non existent.

Easier to get in and out of traffic wise.Not usually as busy as. Shorter wait times.A new doctor sent prescriptions here by accident. I wish I knew about this location years ago.

I've never had an issue with this Rite Aid filling prescriptions. The store is well stocked. The clerks are very helpful and friendly.

This place is a disaster. My elderly father lost his license to drive since the summer I have called to see if a prescription is filled a half dozen times and ben on hold for a hour each time I think they hang up the phone when they can't keep up with there work which seems to be all the time. My father is about to go on a tip out of town for a few weeks and today they weren't even open because there was no pharmacist, he needs his important prescription filled before he leaves. I think the main issues is they don't have enough staff and smartest solution is to close some stores there a three more of the same chain just down the road then you can relocate your workers to one or two locations and actualy have the staff to operate your business better then a dumpster fire then it is now.

I've been trying to reach the pharmacy for 2 days. No one answers the phone in that dept. or the general # and there is no way to leave a message.

Best Rite Aid in western New York. Employees were very helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable of the items in the store. They were the only Rite Aid store open during the snowstorm. Give them credit for showing up. I would have stayed. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
