Ryan was so rude & unprofessional. When I called he answered the phone in a rude rushed tone. When I got there he was still rude & rushed me & said “just give me $20”. Never asked for an insurance card, which I have that covered the cost. Then rudely & unprofessionally told me I couldn’t stay parked in the drive thru for 15 min while they ran the card through. Understandable but he could’ve asked me to wait somewhere else in a more professional manner than he did! I went inside and a nicer lady handled it.

Every time I walk into this store I'm greeted with a friendly smile, and the associates seem to always know what aisle the product I'm looking for is in. This save me time since I'm usually always in a hurry!

Brian was the most help pharmacist I’ve dealt with he went out of his way to check different stores to get my script filled I called in the phone so he could have easily dismissed me however he really took the time to help me with this situation

never have I ever seen a pharmacy that closes down so the whole d crew can go to lunch.Hire some more workers or stager lunches. Unacceptable. ps. The customer service sucks at best.

Convenient location, I can order my rx refills online or by phone and receive a text when my rx is ready. The drive-thru is convenient. I go here for quick staples such as milk, eggs, bread and snacks when on a time constraint. They cost a bit more due to the convenience.For gold members, you can have most of your rx delivered....Rx considered controlled substances must be picked up.

Along with getting prescriptions filled, I also go to Rite-Aid on a regular basis for staples, toiletries, and Holiday/Seasonal Decorations.They have great sales and you can earn $ towards a future purchase if you have a free membership. However, if you have to buy something not on sale, expect to pay a little more.Some of my favorite things to buy here are their Holiday/ Seasonal Decorations. If you wait a couple weeks after the new Decorations are available on the shelves, the prices are buy 1, get 1 50% off. Can't beat that price for Holiday Decorations.Staff is usually friendly and very helpful.
