I came in without an appointment hoping to get in quick. It took about an hour but again, I didn't have an appointment so that's my own fault and wasn't terrible. I was taken back and blood drawn by Emily. She was probably the best I've ever had getting bloodwork. I wasn't even sure that she had the needle in, she was that good. She was also warm and friendly. I'll be returning to this location when needed and hopefully I'll get Emily or someone as great as she is!

I always go to this location. I have never had a negative experience there. Most times I walk in with no appointment and service is quick. Staff is friendly and no pain when drawing blood.

Center Rd site is a favorite. Today was seen by Denise. She is efficient, friendly, and considerate. Appreciate having a sometimes stressful situation respected.

Poor company policy's and staff. Have been to this site approx 5 maybe 6 times. Everytime there has been an issue. Have also dealt with billing issues on the back end.

They say they don't take walk-ins but they do . After waiting to go in the lady was very rude and told me that we don't take walk ins at all, so very unprofessional in my opinion. I will never go back to that location

This is basically for walk-ins. Sometimes urgent testing is required, but quest only cares about quantity. Walkins are totally screwed. I wish they would take that into consideration when someone has serious health issues, or worse, cuz they couldn't get prompt labwork. You can rarely get an appointment the day the doctor orders your tests, Or the next day for that matter. I have been to 2 different quests in 2 days as a walk in and have yet to be seen, Because there were no appointments available in the 5 or 6 branches closest to me. Your greed is playing with peoples lives. Walkins are a thing of the past.

You can't schedule an appointment with a real person and their computer-generated one doesn't seem to understand what you're saying

Scheduled an appointment and my doctor's office sent the labs over to Quest. Upon arriving I was told I needed a paper print-out to get service. Not once have I ever been asked for a piece of paper. I asked if they could be accommodating and print it out from my phone since they "required" it, but still refused. They wasted my time. I am baffled by how much they brick-walled me so I just got up and left.

Came in as a walk-in; arrived before 6a on a Monday as a walk-in. I anticipated to wait but I didn't know that they would just keep resetting the wait time every single time an appt came in. So I was thinking I was waiting for 10 min but that kept changing until an hour later I am still waiting with no end in sight. I ended up having to leave.

Today was my first time getting blood drawn at Quest on Center Rd. The phlebotomist Emily in room 1 was absolutely outstanding. My prior experiences getting blood drawn elsewhere have been terrible and my veins have always been hard to find, so coming in today I was nervous. Emily knew exactly what to do to calm my nerves and make me feel comfortable. The blood draw was perfect and very quick, I was left with no bruising at all. I was extremely happy with this experience and will be coming back to this location again! Thank you again Emily!

I trust going to the quest on center rd in the Wimbledon plaza. As always it is very easy to pick an appointment online. You always get a text the day before and day of giving you a friendly reminder and special instructions. You are taken on time. Staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable .They are very good at what they do. I had room 1 with Emelita on may 3rd 900 am .she was fantastic. Hardly felt anything. I will request her again. I trust this place. Thank you

Fastest Quest in Erie county, I'll never try Southgate or Walden locations again. Nurses are nice and good at what they do. I was in and out in 10mins from checking in to leaving.

Your phlebotomist ( 52 year old Asian woman) should keep her thoughts and comments to herself about 'how much older someone looks than their age'. . . Very rudeAlso someone kindly inform this opinionated specimen of a professional that adults are allowed to leave without a bandaid, especially if they have a reaction to adhesives. And yes 'medical tape' counts. UGH

You currently have to wear a mask while inside this building. This is the only location near me that is open before I go into work. I stopped here this morning without an appointment. There were two people in the waiting room before me. They both had appointments. I didn't have to wait long though. It was less than 10 minutes, after checking in on the iPad, which was great. Everything was clean throughout this location. The phlebotomist was nice and we chatted as she worked. She had me in and out. It was a good experience. I'd definitely return.
