60 minute wait WITH an appointment. Will never book at Southgate again. I've never waited like that with an appointment, but that location is always busy.

My 94 year old mom went today for simple bloodwork that she had to have done . I couldn’t find an appointment for her to fast , I told her to get there at 8 am for a walk in . They literally made her wait 4 hours , now she’s dizzy and sick from
Not eating being a diabetic, and sitting . How do you expect the elderly to do this ? Like you couldn’t squeeze her in !! Ridiculous
