Joined PF while I was living in NJ & transferred up here to NY last year. I like the flexibility of the hours & if I had a question about billing or needed to pause my membership, they were always willing to help.

West Seneca location it’s constantly dirty especially the bathrooms and showers paper towels are always running out all the workers are busy working out playing with their phones or socializing West seneca pf needs better management the Hamburg planet fitness is way better and always clean no matter what

I actually loved the gym, the low rating is due to the hoops you have to jump through to cancel a membership. When you go on the app it tells you that you must call the location to cancel, you call the location they tell you that you can't do it on the phone, you have to come in... Well that's all fine and dandy until you've left the area. Now I have to mail in a formal request and just hope they get it because they "don't have a fax machine at this location" and "don't accept emails". I should not have to physically present myself to cancel a membership... what kind of fraud has ever gone around with people cancelling gym memberships???? Get real. It's an easy way to keep collecting money because they can always claim they didn't get it in the mail.

The folks at the front desk are personable and knowledable. I like the varity of equipment and the open space. Everyone is diligent about cleaning up after using the equipment.

Nice gym and mostly clean, Great hours but those shower stalls in the locker rooms are small ! I wish the locker room was bigger then a square but for the price I cant complain.

Need a scale in the guys bathroom hear theres one in the girls locker room but not the guys, peopl up front are awesome tho super friendly especially the older gentleman at night
