I do not like giving bad reviews. We originally had Buffalo Savings Bank since 2008 or 9. It switched to NW. We’ve been married, I have taken care of our finances since before we were married. The online banking is atrocious. It keeps telling me I have the wrong password, locks me out, then tells me to change the password to then tell me I cannot use my previous one. Then when there is an issue with that, even though it’s a joint account, I have to verify that we are married. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to have my husband call to verify I am his wife. In other words, he repeats all the bank info I give him to verify I’m his wife, why? I have no clue because it’s a joint account. I switched to thumb print password and it was fine until it locked me out for wrong password. I called, gave them all of the information and they just said to go to the bank to re-verify everything. I called my husband at work and he’s aggravated that he has to do this again, so he asked me for my information because we are transferring to his credit union. If we go into a bank and we make a joint account, why does my husband have to keep verifying that I am his wife?

This bank is literally the worst ever. No customer service, terrible online services, garbage app. No one at corporate knows what the heck is going on. Unfortunately not a reflection on the local branch but this is such a horrible company I cannot leave anything but one star for any of their locations.

Northwest is a good local bank, this location in particular is one of the nicest in the area
