Dropped my car off at Kurt's shop. He took a deposit of 1500 dollars to paint my classic car. My car sat in the shop for 3 months and no paint was touched on it . I told him I didn't want him to paint my car anyone it's been a Month. Trying g to get my deposit back and he keeps telling me he's working on it ... took my money spent it and didn't even start painting the car.. half the time u show upto the shop on business hours and lights are off and Noone around, had to go to the extent of filing a small claim with the town against the business
