Got a power chair not even a year ago nothing but issues. Takes forever to get things fixed now the company is telling my daughter service coordinator that we didn't purchase the chair from them.. the chair is getting so bad there are now safety concerns..

After having lost our rep from NSM and just getting a chair we had multiple issues. The Technician Mike came out and led us to Brian who was polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable in helping get my son the wheelchair the was best fit for him. He did had not problem working with me, the school or his care coordinator when it came to answering questions or scheduling meetings! I can’t say enough about the experience we had with Brian. My son is now comfortable in his chair!

I have worked with Brian on several wheelchair orders and he is professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He brings forth experience and insight that is greatly appreciated and makes the process much smoother. I recently went through the process of getting a new chair for myself. The team at National Seating and Mobility made it very easy for me to go through the process of fixing my old chair and getting my new one. The technician, Mike, and the physical therapist, Brian, were extremely helpful in getting me the equipment I needed to fix my old chair and listened to me when I selected the right chair for me. I waited for my new chair and now I've had it for a week. I'm very comfortable in it and I can confidently say that they made the process less cumbersome they are good people.

Ordering the wheelchair with Brian was a phenomenal experience. However, their service department is a NIGHTMARE. They do not call back. Promoting being a national company means nothing if their service department is non existent. Still waiting for Cathy to call back from 2 weeks ago.

Brian has exceptional experience as a physical therapist through which he uses the plethora of knowledge to individualize each and every experience to the unique needs of the patient. I highly recommend him and his capabilities as he is superior in his field.

NSM is such a great company to work with! They're able to explain the process if you have questions, and work with you to get all of the documents you might need. My favorite feature the offer is the tracking numbers with each order so you can track your order every step of the way. Highly responsive, and very helpful.

Have used NSM and Brian Porebski for many wheelchairs, beds, repairs and misc equipment for clients with various issues. Brian is professional and friendly and the company is easy to reach and helpful. If something is not right, they work quickly to make it so. Would use them for any personal needs as well!

Takes months to get parts in, most of the people who work there have no clue and they don't carry products and parts that some people need. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
