Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

I receive checks written from this bank that I can't cash at this bank.My first attempt wasn't a problem, but today, I was told that since I don't have an account with them, that it would be a $3 fee to cash it. I used to have an account but they would rearrange withdrawals in order to charge overdraft fees every chance they got! I do not recommend this bank to anyone. They are money hungry and customers are worth less than $3 to them. I'll never go back.

ATM card slot is on hinge side of door. No other bank locations have this backwards! And now the software has been downgraded to a smaller font and smaller touchscreen points that are impossible to hit. Avoid this location!

This is our go to place to use Quick Bank. You can use it outside or they have one on the inside. M & T has been my bank for 30+ years and I actually worked here awhile back.

Sat in the drive thru lane for over a half hour, just to get up to the window-and get turned away. It's not like you guys have people in branch to deal with due to the pandemic... there should be no reason it took over a half hour just to get to the teller, then to be turned away. This branch is a joke, and I will no longer be banking with M&T- due to the customer service being very poor.

The customer service I received at this bank this Saturday morning was phenomenal. Sarah, the associate who handled my account today, was not only incredibly busy (as were the two other associates) but was consistently kind and positive in her interactions with me, her coworkers, and other customers. She worked at a quick pace, managed to complete other tasks as time allowed while she was working through opening an unusual type of account that required assistance. She did all of this very successfully and in a genuinely kind and customer oriented way. It is very rare to have this kind of experience anymore.

Deposited almost 300$ on the stores machine and an error occurred. Nothing was resolved and the machine didn't give back the amount inserted. Avoid this trash store.
