I waited patiently in the lobby for a domestic wire transfer, but the check-in process was confusing and very unapparent. John, at the unclear check-in desk, was on his phone for upwards of 10-15 minutes before acknowledging me. When prompted by another person, he informed me about the check-in requirement, contradicting the protocol at other branches I visit regularly, which I mentioned. Lack of clear signage added to the frustration. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Do NOT use M&T Bank!!! My 97 year old WWII veteran father has been a loyal customer for decades. His bank card was recently stolen and the thief took $20K!!! No M&T claims that they won't replace the $ because every transaction was considered "authorized" due to the fact that it used his debit card. M&T did NOTHING to secure his account and never shut it down when the system saw unauthorized transactions! Now my 96 yr old dad on a fixed income is out $20K! If he didn't have another account, he'd be on the streets!!! These people are the worst!!! Never use M&T Bank!

This is not a reflection on this branch- Just M&T - if you want a bank with lots of fees that others give you for free.. like ACH at 3.00 a pop, or instant check availability with a fee...this is the place for you !

Google says they close at 1pm on Saturday. Drove all the way there and the door says 12pm. CHANGE YOUR HOURS. How in the hell can anyone make it to the bank when they work a 9-5. Closing at 4pm during the week are you kidding me then you can’t even stay open until 1pm on Saturdays. Absolute asinine.

I have been a customer for over 30 years, this is not my prime location, but for a quick bank outside it is a great location while running around. Never had a problem with our bank and they always worked well with our family.

M and T staff no matter what branch you go to or call are extremely rude. I have never worked with a bank that rude employees are ALL OVER. You get a bad apple here and there, NOT WITH M AND T! It's consistent across ALL M and T branches. Arrogant, rude and condescending, especially at this location.
