“Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. Setting up a date/time was efficient and the boss thought of me when a cancellation in their schedule occurred- making it even better on my end. The movers were beyond patient, I couldn’t help but notice how respectful they spoke to each other. Moving is already tough (8th move in 2 years) and the fact that the team didn’t yell at each other out of any frustration really helped my peace of mind. These guys busted butt up a difficult flight of stairs, truly went above and beyond accommodating, and was SUPER affordable. 10/10 would hire again and recommend to peers/family. “Marshall and Serena saved our move, when they showed up it was more work than what any of us expected but they had a positive attitude and reassured us that everything was going to be good! They got our packing done in record time and moved our stuff 4 hours to NYC, and navigated the city streets with their huge truck no problem. Plus, we loved chatting and laughing with them all day. All our stuff was waiting for us when we arrived in perfect condition.

First big move of a whole house full of a couple decades of memories for myself, and it went smooth and stress free - at least once the crew showed up and started working - all my worries went away! Fast, friendly, efficient, polite, handled our belongings as if it were their own. Doors needed to be removed, appliances barely made it down stairs, furniture squeezed through doorways - and there was not one bit of damage to either house or any belongings. Great leadership of the crew, they all made it look so easy! Highly recommend!!”

“I did not have a company to pay for my move, therefore I made sure I picked a moving company very carefully since I had to pay for everything myself. All the companies sound good when you first speak with them, then reading the fine print is when you find out who backs up what they say, and if there will be any additional charges. I can honestly say that North American went above and beyond at both ends of my move. And as I continue to unpack- so far nothing has been broken. The price for all the companies were in the same ballpark. But with North American it included everything! Where as with other companies there would have been additional charges for some things.I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.”

“I found out at the beginning of June that my move to a better apartment building was going to happen at the end of the month. I received estimates for moving from other companies for over $2000 but they couldn’t do it because of such a short notice. I called Diamond and spoke with Elise. She set it up perfectly for me. They came on the date and at the time they said and packed it, moved it and unpacked it for almost half the cost of the other companies. Extremely professional people with great personalities. They made moving almost easy enough to be willing to do again.”
