I absolutely LOVE Ilianna! I’ve always had a goal of growing my hair and nothing that I did ever worked. However, Ilianna totally revamped and changed my hair. It is growing and so healthy! She is the best in the game and you will NOT regret booking an appointment with her!

Ilianna is the one hairdresser I trust to take care of my hair. She is professional with excellent soft skills, and is attentive to her clients. Her salon is always neat, tidy, and clean and she always keeps clients health in mind too. She makes sure not to put too many people booked at once so you feel like your heard and taken care of. Every color and cut I have been satisfied with, and she's honest with what she can and cannot do in regards to integrity of your hair which is a gem to find in a hairstylist. she keeps up to date with all the latest trends, cuts and colors. And hey she's affordable as well for the service your offered. 10/10 would not go anywhere else

I have been a client for over three years now. Prior to seeing Ilianna, my hair was dry and over processed from root touch ups and highlights that left me with several different shades of golden blonde hair. At my first consult, she advised me that we could achieve my desired natural/cool blonde without all of those steps that were damaging my hair. If you want that bombshell blonde hair, I highly recommend Montage Salon.

I absolutely LOVE my hair every time I leave the salon. Iliana never disappoints.. you tell her what you want and she does exactly that. I fly from Washington DC to Buffalo for Ilianna to do my hair. That should say it all, but she always knows exactly what I'm looking for in my cut and color. I couldn't recommend her expertise and her wonderful personality more!!
