Scammers. Ordered garage doors, never received them. They don’t answer the phone or emails but take deposits no problem. Moderncraft is a much better company. They are affordable with excellent and fast service

"Absolutely appalling service! I would give this company zero stars if I could. Two years ago, I foolishly entrusted them with a $1000 deposit, and since then, it's been nothing but radio silence. They've completely ignored all my attempts to reach out, whether by phone, email, or even carrier pigeon.
It's outrageous how they can just take people's hard-earned money and disappear into thin air without a trace. This level of disregard for their customers is utterly disgraceful. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.
Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. They're nothing but scam artists preying on unsuspecting individuals. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere for services because this company clearly doesn't care about anything but lining their own pockets."
And to treat a senior citizen on fixed income like this is pure evil.

Horrible experience. Job incomplete. Owner does not call back after 6 months of installation to complete the job. Inconvenienced now to file a claim in court.

Had an estimate scheduled, got a call that he wasn't coming after the scheduled time. Was told he drove by our house hours earlier and it "didn't look like" we needed the work done. Thanks for the heads up. Don't tell customers how to spend their money that they were willing to give to your company. We'll be happy to give our work to someone else. Zero point Zero stars.

We would give M&M six stars if we could. Our storm doors are beautiful! The service prior to placing the order was very helpful in deciding what our needs were and what door would be appropriate. The installer was very nice and knowledgeable and considerate of our home. Very pleased!

I have used M&M Home Center for many renovation projects on my 1890 farm house, including windows, doors, roofing and siding. My wife and I have been happy with the quality of work and with the relatively lower pricing. I would recommend them!

Recently had some work done, (Replacement windows and garage screen ), although it took a little longer than expected due to manufacturer delays the wait was well worth it. The installers were very professional and my home's appearance looks great.

I have stoped by to get status of my garage screen door. Was ordered in May of 2022 and was told it would be “installed” in august, then September, October. It never was installed and I requested my deposit back after my third attempt to understand what the issue was. Gene refused to provide information or my deposit. I just want my deposit back.

Zero stars. Gave a deposit back in May for garage screen doors. They still aren’t installed. Gene rarely returns phone calls and when he does, it’s a quick “we’re working on it” and he hangs up. Just tried calling again and of course no answer. Do NOT go with this company if you want something done. You’ll be sorry. Wish I would’ve looked at the reviews on here before I handed over my deposit.

I wish I could give a zero review. I had a new roof put on my home in 2012. After the job was supposedly complete, we discovered that the gutters were not reinstalled correctly. M &M avoided our phone calls. Finally, after constantly calling and months passed, M&M reluctantly came back and jerry rigged the gutter installation. We have since had our gutters replaced by a reputable company. Fast forward to 2019 - two shingles near the ridge came off. The roof is still under warranty for labor. I contacted Gene in August explaining the situation. I called him several times and have had no response. We had another roofer replace the shingles and he told us that he didn't see any evidence of tar (roofing) paper. He doesn't know how high the paper went up the roof, but certainly, not as high as the ridge. M&M is smooth talking, but does not follow through. I would not recommend any job done by M&M. All talk no action.Update - I just received a response to review from 2 years ago! That alone informs people how delinquent this company is.Two years later- just received a response from M & M stating that they do not cover labor for shingles. Nothing was wrong with the singles, it was the installation. BUT NOTE - see attached photo on second to last line. TEN YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR! When I contacted M&M, it was within the ten year warranty. Coincidentally, the response from M &M is 3 days after their proposal which make it beyond 10 yearsI Shame on them. I would still give the ZERO review. They did NOT hold up their side of the contract. Beware of M &M!

Gave this company a deposit 2 months ago for garage screen doors and have left many messages for them to call me back and have not heard anything back and still do not have my screens starting to think this is a rip off company.

Absolute and total scam of a company. Targeted my elderly uncle, made him pay in cash over a year ago for services never rendered even with a contract. Disrespectful, dishonest, rude and thieves.
