So I bought another car as a daily driver and added another whole account to the new car (2 cars, 2 different accounts) and went thru the wash, the next day I went to the union location and sat in the front of the line because it wasn't reading my new tag, the nice lady came out asked me for my info and CC to double check, then they came out and said somehow my 2 accounts merged themselves even though I have 2 different plate #s and 2 different emails they said the account for my new car doesn't exist... the dude was nice and let me go thru for the inconvenience, but I wasted 20 min in the line. He told me to go back to the other location to get it sorted out. Come on go wash get ur stuff together

I love this car wash. The lines are never long. The jeep usually comes out clean, and if not, I go right back thru. Buy the entire year package it's way cheaper than those little packages.

Best location in the South towns. Other locations barely pre rise and workers seem annoyed you are there. This location workers always thoroughly rinse vehicle and seem happy to be there. I actually will go out of my way to come to this location.

Each location is different. Some of the vacuums have very little suction or don't work. I doubt they are checked consistently. The Union Rd location near Galleria is their worst location.

Great personalized Service, similar to car washes down South! Very clean, and they offer towels for you to dry your car off and cleaner. Vacuum cleaners are wonderful much cleaner than their competitor nearby. I dreaded waiting in the DS line, so I really appreciate this low key relaxed establishment! Keep it up GCW!!

I'm hooked. The wash was great, the vacumes worked exceptional well, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Way better than Delta, Royal, or Huggs. I actually had fun vacuming my car because the vacumes worked so well.Services: Polishing

Been to multiple locations. Most recently, the manager Kyle came out and introduced himself and was very nice and professional! My car is always clean. The vacuums are super strong and love the towels. I feel welcomed every time I come. Most definitely recommend. Not as clustered as delta sonic. Very peaceful and clean!Services: Polishing
