I absolutely love this location. No matter whose been working, the staff is always warm, friendly and knowledgeable.I recently bought my PS5 back in 11/2022 after searching high and low.. the fellas here at the store answer any and all questions, never force sales on me, recommend any gaming advice and leave me always wanting to support and frequent this location for all my video game needs. #REED - STORE MANAGER: is a great guy, my PS5 died on me in “rest-mode” I was devastated. I returned to Game-Stop? with all my receipts and questions and #REED took very good care of all my questions and concerns. He swapped out the dead system with a brand new console and I just hope I can always give folks their “credit” when it’s due, this guy had a million other things going on I’m sure but never made me feel any type of way other than a happily satisfied customer. Go see him at 1024 Union Road in West Seneca, you’ll be glad you did!!! #Lit? ✌?&❤️‼️

I remember vividly.. looking for a PS5 and never really being able to acquire 1 until I walked in GameStop (West Seneca--1024 Union Road) and they just had the coolest down to earth, video game savvy staff in there, I asked about PS5s and they told me they would be getting them but they're flying out the door like hot cakes, he told me to check back in periodically and I might luck up!!!... well about couple weeks later, I was ecstatic to buy my PS5 from there store. -- (11/2022) Fast forward to yesterday, unfortunately it took a sh*t and died on me. I kept all my receipts and warranty, brought it back and the gentleman "REED" helped me with being able to return the faulty game console and I just hope he knows he's truly awesome, friendly and helpful. I have anxiety (nowadays who doesn't) but he went above and beyond helping me with my situation and it was swapped out for brand new game console and even replaced my game the old 1 had in its disc chamber. I highly recommend this location and "REED" is the guy who helped me and will help anyone because he comes off as a genuine person. --LOVE

I tell the guy one wireless headphones set for my Xbox.. he talked like he knew what he was talking about. I purchase the item drive all the way home find out it's wired and it's not wireless which is not what I wanted so I had to go all the way back to the store to return the item what a waste of my time

Even with the store empty the employees still had no time to help me get games for my son's new switch. IDK At least there were games available and I did not wait in line to make my purchase
