Bob at the Cheektowaga location was great! He fixed our Honda without adding on any unneeded repairs. He made himself accessible by cell phone to answer questions. He dealt with us fairly and honestly and had our car ready as promised.

Came for my first service check up after purchasing my car from Galaxy. Jason Vitez runs a courteous professional service shop and made me feel comfortable from the start. I appreciated his honesty and frankness with regards to my vehicles service schedule/ intervals. It is good to know that my service team will be here as well . Galaxy has been a big plus for me when it comes to my awesome Lincoln Nautilus and confidence knowing Jason has our back!

Cannot recommend this place enough!!! My car broke down Friday afternoon passing thru Buffalo and I was so lucky to be right by this shop. they squeezed me into their schedule despite it being a big job and got me back on the road before they closed even though it was not ideal for them. they went above and beyond so I wouldn’t be screwed and stuck in town for the weekend. give these guys your business, they absolutely deserve it. kind and honest mechanics like these guys are tough to come by
