I have worked with them probably 50 times or so. Every time they go above and beyond to help me out with incredibly fair prices and service. I couldn't ask for a better local company. They even help to ship within a few hundred miles. I trust these guys with my work and would even trust them in my home. Always 5/5 stars every time!

I broke a belt and the power stopped shortly after. Empire answered the phone promptly, and had a truck out to me in 45 minutes( had to go to Northtowns from Hamberg!) The driver, Harley, was very knowledgeable and reassured me that a belt broke, and it wouldn't be a difficult repair. Great service!Service: Car towing

Very professional and quality service.It was very easy to schedule a tow and requesting a flatbed was no problem at all.They answer the phone very fast and are nice and easy to talk to.My vehicle is slightly lowered and they took extra care to make sure it didn't scrape the ground or bed while loading. That was always my issue with other towing companies.Will only be using Empire from now on due to the care and quality service.

4-⭐'s Caught a flat on the thruway.(You need special permits to work on vehicles on the thruway). I called 10 places. The gentIemen was really helpful and polite. Icalled for help. Do to where I was at, they couldn't (but would've), unfortunately alot of auto places do not have the permits necessary to work on the thruway.
