I emailed Jim with my request and he took care if it right away. He came to my home, delivered the product and offered patient education and told me of other services they provide. Thats what I call excellent customer service.

Jim was amazing! Super helpful, very polite and patient. I even tried to tip him and he turned it down. He helped me with all of my supplies and even adjusted my sling for me. If I could rate 10 stars I would!

Elite medical is such an amazing company. I emailed them one day and got my new knee brace delivered the next. The staff is so friendly. And when Chris came to my home to fit me for the brace and show me proper usage, he was friendly, patient and helpful. He answered all my questions.They took care of all the paperwork and leg work to the no fault claim so I didn't have to stressHighly recommend.

My mother suffered a compression fracture and her spine specialist suggested a brace. Chris from elite came the next day w a brace but unfortunately it was not a good fit for my mother. I was in contact with Chris before the weekend and he suggested a different brace. I called Monday morning and he was here same day w a new brace for mom and now we are happy campers (as happy as you can be w a back injury). 1000% would use again! Their attentiveness to one’s pain is truly amazing! Thank you Elite!!

I received speed response of my inquiry along with polite and courteous service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of there products and insurance coverage. I recommend this company and Dr. Chris my representative who fit me for my knee brace.

I’ve had custom fitted braces and other braces that where prescribe to me They well sag fall down eventually get loose part well come apart. I’ve chosen the game changer braces and immediately they fit it very well easy to adjust and very comfortable to wear.

The representative that helped me was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. All I did was email my prescription and she did the rest. I recieved my knee brace in 2 days. Very satisfied!

This company is a great place to supply your needs. I was on google and found them and I was very pleased. Kati is a sweet and wonderful person she went above and beyond for me. She took care of everything I didn't have to do anything. I was so lucky to found them. So what ever you may need a ankles brace, back brace what ever it may be need please contact them. I promise it will be worth your time you won't have to do anything. I emailed them 3 days later I had my brace on my ankle. I wish I could rate more but unfortunately Google rating stops at 5 stars.

I worked with Terry at Elite Medical Supply, she made my experience great! I suffer from severe back neck pain. I contacted Terry and she told me that all I needed was a prescription from my pain clinic. I got it too her ASAP, she did all the followup work and insurance paperwork as well. She selected the appropriate brace and when I said yes to her selection, I had it in three days!If you are like me and suffer from chronic back pain a good back brace makes a world of difference.
