We had Joe Johnson last year so we were pleasantly surprised we got him again(we forgot to request him). I told him I remember what he told me last year from when he educated us about our filing. And I don’t have any interest in taxes so he is THAT good! Lol. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I been coming here for a few years. This year I had Brian Bartolucci. What an amazing person fast and double checked all his work to make sure numbers were correct. Hope he is there next year!! And I'm definitely referring him to friends and family!!

I would highly recommend that you Do NOT trust EG Tax to handle any of your financial matters. I paid a decent amount of money earlier this year to have my taxes done, only to get a letter from the IRS in June. The preparer (who was a supervisor) made an error that ended up costing me $3,000. Worst of all, no one bothered to inform me of this error back in February or called to explain what it was going to cost me 4 months later. I've made several attempts to get this straightened out and to get answers but I am getting the run around. Not so much as an apology. At this point I have to go through the IRS, BBB, and NYS to report the issue and attempt to receive some sort of understanding and remedy.

My husband and I went in to get our taxes done today and we had an appointment with Sabrina Kilmer-Blando (who was highly recommended). We plan to return to her every year. She is warm, welcoming, professional, and makes tax return season less of a drag. ? Highly recommend her at EG Tax.
