John zmijewski with the giant beard did an AMAZING JOB on my car. He was drying post car wash and I'm not sure how to spell his name he tried to tell me twice and I went in and the store doesn't do cash back so I couldn't give him the best tip. But I believe that he deserves a raise and I hope that management sees this!!! Such a kind and humble person!

The West Seneca Delta Sonic Team never disappoints. And today, Mike S did an absolutely fantastic job on my car even though it was is rough shape. He even got the stain on my seat out that I never thought would come out. Wonderful job

Car wash is great but don't do the detailing. Waste of money. The HS kids do a horrible job. Spend the extra money and go to ziebart.

Delta Sonic Car Washes are good. However, Wash employees need to be more attentive when cars are preparing to enter the tunnel. The pre power sprays need to be done with 100% attention to the car in front of them. Trying to move other cars behind the current car being sprayed, often makes the 'sprayer' miss important spots on my car. Also, the 'hand dryers' need to do better. Use of the air sprays would help. Blow the water from out underneath the rear view mirrors, as the water from the mirrors leave streaks down the car. Black cars look bad with all the streaks.

I’ve been always coming to this location but this is the 2nd time i deal with this girl name lizz -casher on Purshing a wash. No smile rude attitude. All i asked was to scan my free wash . I bought it 2 days ago. Zero communication skills. Not coming back because of her

Been a loyalty member for a year plus, have always tipped and showed support and patronage to delta. However I advise everyone not to waste their money. Allegedly for a whole years time my information was incorrect within the system. I attempted to bring a second vehicle to said location and was told I was unable to get a wash because I had nothing linked to the plate. After some time I headed inside to figure out what was going on. A complete waste of time and money I’ll use my quarters at a self serve. Kick rocks

Brady, Mac and the women at the gate saved this review in a major way. I had to go through the wash a few times due to some wheel wells not getting completely cleaned. While the normal washers did not get in the wheel wells Brady and his team took the time to get everything (and went back over the car). As well the situation was handled in a professional and fair manner. I'll be back only due to the way this situation was handled. They also dried the car and went over every detail. Thanks Brady and team!

I live in New York. I went to the Delta sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd, i went in for an oil change today because I noticed my car was telling me it needed it. I thought it was gonna be a bad experience because I don't know anything about cars or anything about it, As it is quite difficult for me to understand. Four men, Zach, Antonio, Brian and Marc We're absolutely amazing and showed me what I needed to replace to make sure my car was good to go. I did have to replace two things to which they helped me understand. They were so kind they were respectful. One of them even helped me pick up the stuff from my Glove compartment, I was so thankful they were able to explain to me everything great detail for me to understand. They were so patient and it meant the world to me. These four men made my day So so much better than it was before. Thank you so much if they do get a chance to see this, I hope they do! Thank you guys for making this delta sonic trip absolutely amazing!

Sloane did a excellent job detailing my 94 Camero Z28. She explained everything that would be done ,it came out fantastic! I am so thrilled she is awesome
