Dalton had a bad day! So he treats customers badly! I guess it's ok by management that he called a customer degrading names & flipped out like a lunatic! I hope someone reviews your camera's. His behavior was extremely unacceptable!

Always busy in the worst way. Understaffed and over worked employees makes for bitter customer service. Pharmacy phone number now only allows you to leave voicemail which doesn’t make much sense if you urgently need medicine or have questions.

Would not recommend coming here for a covid test. They will turn you away . I was told they did not accept inscurance and that I would have to make an appointment a week ahead of time . How am I supposed to plan having covid a week ahead ?? Blows my mind CVS hasn't been shut down yet .

New voicmail service does not agree with me. You can no longer speak with anyone directly at the store. You have to wait for hours sometime for a call back for pressing issues

This pharmacy is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I don’t even think the employees know what the term means. Literally went up to the counter just as another customer had picked up and was walking away, & they lower a gate down to cover the entire pharmacy. My Rx was already paid for, all they had to do was just hand it to me and take 2 seconds to scan it. So I waited there for 30 mins and no one said anything to me, to inform me that it was their lunchtime, even though I made eye contact with them…? Ok.

The pharmacy is possibly the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to, acting like you are a child when explaining pickup dates after I asked if I could pick something up 1 day early. Highly recommend using another pharmacy as they will work with you if you’ve been going there a long time but this cvs will not.

BROOKE WAS AWESOME!!!! Had photos printed here for my grandmas 80th, and the one was being weird and wasn’t printing clear both here and at walgreens. Brooke was super nice and helpful, and we were able to work it through and get the photo to come out looking really nice. I really really appreciate the help that was given! Whatever Brooke is making, double it!!If youre reading this thank you again so much! Will definitely be back to print my photos again!

Absolutely awful, rude, slow, they told my physician to call back the next day when she called at 6:50 pm because they were closing and were too lazy to do the paperwork. I’m changing pharmacies immediately.

The photo dept. is the worst. The quality of the photo paper is a step up from tablet paper. The colors on the photos are all bleached and faded. The glossy photos are not glossy. The photos are not sized properly. Do yourself a favor and take your photos elsewhere.

When I leave I feel fantastic because is he always so nice and smiling. Great store with great help. Thank you cvs.

The drive through window area is a disgrace, landscaping has been neglected for years ,dirty windows, big pot hole right where you have to drive to get your pickup at the window. Staff seems perturbed that you are there. Am having my scripts changed to another pharmacy asap!

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy! Why I am going elsewhere! The pharmacy is horrible from asking when prescriptions will be available to receive and when they will be done and then telling me they can’t tell me when they will be available. I do not want to have to make 3 trips on the same day which has happened they are never ready when they say! They think we should live here! They then proceed to tell me the screen doesn’t show when it will be ready. Then after picking the ones up that were done she doesn’t even bother to look or tell me when I can pick up the next ones just so I am aware! NO THANKS! Can’t wait to be done with this place. Just wanted to know so this way when I come in I don’t have to come multiple times! Not even for myself for my child!

I am a regular at a CVS closer to home for me. When children aged 5 to 11 became eligible for COVID vaccination, I immediately hit the app to book my son's appointment at my usual location. But since the vaccine was just rolling out, there were not many locations offering the children's dosage just yet. This CVS location was the closest for us with the kid's vaccine. I booked my son, and when his appointment time came we made the trek down to West Seneca. The pharmacy staff here was very friendly and reassuring to our kiddo. He was so pumped up and excited to finally be eligible for the vaccine at that point, I'm not sure he would have felt the needle if it was a jackhammer, ha! But nonetheless, the pharmacy staff was gentle and patient with the process. At the same time, my husband got his COVID booster, and all went well with his injection, too. We just went back yesterday for my son's second dosage, and this time they had a free pop-it giveaway gift for kids. Pop-its are all the rage now, so he was stoked for the nice gesture, and popped it the whole ride home. We had an all-around great experience with getting our son's COVID vaccination at this CVS location. I will say, it is located at a very busy and wacky-curve-shaped intersection, which was a bit confusing, and hard to get back out in the direction we needed to go in. But once you're in, everything was good. Thanks so much to CVS for providing the COVID vaccine, a nice and smooth experience for our family!
