I don't feel any kind of way about this store, it's small, and not exactly the cheapest place around. Sometimes the staff has been rude, but I've been seeing some new faces in there, and so far they all seem like acceptable staff. I go here about 3x a week because I love the pizza, especially the breakfast pizza, it's so good when it's fresh out of the oven. The other lunch type pizzas are good too, and reasonably priced when you go on the special price day. If nothing else I will continue to go here just for the pizza as long as they don't change a thing. And yes, the bathroom outside is usually out of order, and when in service it is definitely not a pleasant restroom, but anything is better than nothing when an emergency arises. I see the other reviews all pretty much had something to say about the restroom, it's not nice, but its not as bad as they make it out to be...I mean it's a gas station bathroom, how nice is it really supposed to be anyway?

The place is just dirty looking inside and out, the prices on most things in the convenience store are higher than other places in the area, and they're so lazy they can't hang a sign on the customer bathroom door saying it's out of order. I get it. You're a gas station and you don't need to provide customers with a bathroom as well. However, if you do have one, the very least you could do is hang a sign so I don't look like an idiot at the counter asking for the key. I'll find another place to get gas and convenient store items.

Pizza Is good, I eat here a lot. I just wish it wasn't over sauced all the time. The sauce isn't what I would call good (not bad just meh) and it's always a mess to eat.

My son went into this store, asked to buy a scratch off. The worker scanned his ID and told him that he wasn’t the proper age to buy scratch offs. If I’m not mistaken you have to be 18yrs old, correct?? And when my son questioned it the worker mocked him. For what reason I’m not sure. But whomever you are grow up, being that he mentioned you were an older man. I would like to know the reason he was denied.I did read the reviews and I see that the employees rudeness is normal.

Me and this poor lady were sitting outside the store says it’s open 24/7 and closes at 12 then why was there no one there at 11:30 if you can’t run a gas station then leave the area

Store opens at 5, it’s 455 am pouring rain, lady just stares at me and a few other customers sitting in the rain , literally 5 mins to open and couldn’t open the door rather than watch the customer stand in the rain

I tried to get gas and it wouldn't let me unless I had a loyalty card. I ended up going to the Tops around the corner. Super frustrating

You can also not be a mean and nasty to customers young girl with black hair :) just was totally rude the whole time when i was signing up for rewards she has an anger issue. Visited 9/23/21

Denise hung up on me then i called back and she made Danielle take the call. Denise is the manager there. Whoever is running the store Crosby's - West Seneca - please make sure Denise is retrained not to hang up on a paying customer.

So during this pandemic, Credit/debit is down and the cashier wouldn’t even take cash for prepay gas outside just because I used my shirt for a mask, I’ve been here before and that wasn’t a problem and the cashier got a laugh at it...now y’all don’t take card and I’m forced to attempt something like that because I don’t have a mask on me at all times when I’m on the job working for a landscaper...my point is your cards are down and you can’t just take my money, i understand the circumstances otherwise I wouldn’t even try by using my shirt, it’s sad they wouldn’t work with me for the literal moment she’d be taking cash from me.

Staff is rude and seem bothered that there's an expectation of decent service. Owner needs to hire better quality workers. Restroom was out of order and store was dirty. Avoid this place and find a better option, as in anywhere else.

I was disappointed with the fact that this wasn’t a Kwik Fill station, as denoted in the Google Map search. I still purchased my fuel but I couldn’t use my discount card....and yes it matters especially when you’re trying to save $ per gallon I mean that’s the whole point of the card isn’t it???

I’m a regular, 15+yrs, and I believe The owners really should look into the quality of workers they have. They have Gone through so many! ....some are not so good. No one answers the phone anytime when you call to order anything, not friendly except 1 guy. 90% of the time it’s not good experience. I only go there bc it’s so close to home, otherwise I would never step foot in that store again. Even when they tried to get me to work there, they lied about how understaffed they would be. I miss Mobil and Kwik fill! All around bad! And I feel sorry for 2 of the workers!
