Huge shout out for these guys!
Corinne and I decided to donate our company crew camper to the hurricane Helene victims In western North Carolina, I left on Nov 5 and headed to Ashville where I had made a connection with Andy and Sampson two outstanding guys doing there part to help. While there we learned of another camper that was being donated In Red Creek NY. They had no way to deliver it so I volunteered to go get it, when I got to the Buffalo NY area My transfer case blew up at 11:00 PM and I was towed to Continental. early the next morning they got it into the shop to do the estimate and was told if they could round up the parts they could maybe get it done by Monday afternoon. I explained to them the mission I was on and gave them the ok to get it done and that's exactly what they did, I called the next morning to see if they found the parts, they said they have a guy waiting for a fedex guy to get the last part. I told them great I need to to tell the hotel how long i needed the room for and they told me don't book another night our guys said they would have me back on the road later that day. they brought in extra help and stayed beyond closing time. What a amazing group of guys thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend this location to anyone. From their doormat right back to your floor mat they are amazing. They treat you with respect. They are very courteous, knowledgeable, and always intent to do everything to the best possibility. These guys here really work like a true American company should. They always go above and beyond. I will forever give them all of my business and recommend anybody I know!

Pat and the guys at continental hooked me up. My truck wouldn’t start and he sent his guys to get my truck out of the driveway no issues or delay. They were able to fix my truck in just a few days, customer service was exceptional!

No one could figure out what was wrong with my truck! Continental transmission was awesome, I called them for help, they came and towed my truck, and was able to fix it when no one else would! I got the call that my truck was ready in only a few days and everyone there was so nice and appreciative of my business. I will definetly be using them only for anything I encounter in the future, and I will reccomend them to anyone I know. Thank you so much!

I have a 2014 GMC terrain I just bought and my radio was locked out I brought it to continental and Patrick and another guy looked at it at first they couldn't get it to work they needed the serial number off the radio they told me to get it and come back so I did and they did a great job pulled away with my radio unlocked they were very friendly and perfessional and they work with you I really appreciate it

Came there with my transmission slipping, they said drop it off and we’ll call no charge for looking. They didn’t even charge me the low fluid it was missing! I recommend them for any car services you need! 10/10! Very friendly too!

First off I just have to say all the employees working here are amazing. Everyone is polite, and EVERYONE says hello! I've had transmission issues with my 2011 GMC Terrain for some months now since I bought it but kept putting it off because I didn't want to deal with shops since I've had bad experiences. I figured I needed a full replace and didn't want to spend the money but knew eventually I would have to.
Brian helped me on Thursday, with a fast diagnostic and an actual step-by-step breakdown of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. Did not really want to pay the price because I'm cheap, so I took the quote and went back home. Sat for an hour or two, and decided I might as well fix it while I have the money, before it fails completely and I don't. Brians conversation with me helped solidify my decision, I brought it back the same day 2 hours before closing and said just do it.
Got a call today Saturday saying the truck was done. Went back up there, and John broke down exactly what they did, and told me come back in a few weeks just so they can check everything out. Also got a warranty which I'm happy for.
Took a nice long drive, and my truck now drives like a brand new vehicle, can't believe I put it off for this long!!! Just an all around amazing, super fast experience with these guys!!! 10/10 would recommend for ANY transmission work, I wish they did other work too haha, and the only place I'll ever go to as long as I still live here

Thanks to pat and jeff / the continental staff my 2004 escalade finally drives how it should. No more humming that overpowered the radio or grinding upon coming to a stop. Thanks for putting up with me. And a big thank you for keeping the work honest after the other situation i was put in before.

Very helpful and professional. I was in a jam towing an elcosed trailer with my 2500 Suburban. It seemed like it wouldn't shift into high gear. General Manager Jeff said that they were very busy (which they were) but if we could wait a little while they would check it out. A little while later the technician Patrick went out with a scanner to see what's up. I was asked if I realized it was in 4WD LOW. No! How and when did that happen! Anyways he thinks we should go for a test drive with the trailer still hooked up. We do so and all is well. MY error somehow. I came back in to settle up the bill, at least a diagnostic charge. But there was no charge at all. I felt bad for getting them to take time out of there busy schedule. I offered to pay again but they wouldn't take it. Honest shop that's for sure. Thank you!

I don’t know how they have so many high ratings but they lied and tried charging me 5k for a simple sensor, never informed me of how they got to that conclusion. Wasted a week and half of my life to slap a 5000$ bill for me. They didn’t even try to figure out the issue as they wanted to charge $5k for a rebuild from the start! I know karma will make its way back to such people. I wouldn’t trust them or deal with them. Save yourself the time and headache if you are not planning on spending thousands. The people are rude and on edge. And Hunter is a real scumbag. Thanks for nothing.

Only taking my car here from now on. The crew was quick and thorough and they won’t try to upcharge you or do stuff the car doesn’t need. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. 10/10
