Ive been going to this location since it was golds, south towns fitness center and then now Catalyst. It has not been the same since it was purchased by Catalyst. The good machines were removed and replaced with limited function machines and tons of cardio equipment. This gym VERY rarely gets any form of attention from ownership as ive used other locations and they are a day and night difference form this and are often getting upgraded and properly maintained. This location has become overcrowded with fitness 19 down the road closing and catalyst taking on their clientele. Machines are often broken for weeks on end. This gym has not received any significant upgrades compared to other locations and saying its an express location isnt a good enough excuse considering it is the same price to use this location as it is the others and shouldnt be if its never going to get any upgrades or attention. Please reorganize this gym to utilize the limited space and look into expanding into the other half of the building that is just being used for storage. This gym could use more equipment and upgrades just like all the rest of the locations get. The staff at this location are amazing and do their best but are not in control of upgrades and organizing. That is on ownership. The loyal customers deserve more than they are getting with this location.

Wish it would open earlier. Has the usual meat heads not following rules. I do like no one records or has a tripod on the floor. Gets packed if u go after 4pm. Hard to get a workout when to many people.

Seneca st is a run down tiny gym. Make the drive to Catalyst French or Maple and you’ll thank me later. Locker room feels like a 70s locker room waiting to desperately be renovated. Guaranteed 50% more gains at any other gym.

Because I am a member of SilverSneakers will you give me a discount on my membership fee that I pay you ? Does your gym offer any benefits to SilverSneakers members ?

For the price, well worth it. Has all the facilities and machines you'd need. A little crowded at times due to it being a small.

This location has all the equipment that I desire...But: if you need your hearing checked, then this is the place to go. The volume they play the music, especially the weekends, is undesirable and if you can't hear the music then a trip to a hearing-specialist might be necessary. Other than that, I have no complaints.

My first time in there since having to switch from Fitness 19 which closed. Staff is really nice, the equipment though at closer look using it appears to be the aged out equipment from other locations. It's still should suit my needs.

Just transferred here from Fitness 19. Still trying to get used to the machines. Much different than what I am used to. Not too much interaction with the staff at this point.Smoothie bar and showers are available. Classes are available for a higher cost monthly. I have chosen just to go and workout at the lower rate.So far so good.

Had conflict with a staff member for taking a picture of a tv which a family member was on at the time (she thought I was taking a picture of her for some reason because she was standing in the same area) Sent her boyfriend to confront me while I was on the treadmill. After showing him the picture I took, he apologized at least. Cancelled my membership at a different location immediately staff member who handled this put “conflict with member” instead of “conflict with staff” trashy
