I had 6 pallets on trl and arrived early for my 7AM appointment time.out 13:00. It seem like they don't go by appointments time very well. The reviews on this place is very accurate...Don't bring a load. they made me miss my next load appointment. They screwed my day

I had 15 pallets on trl and arrived early for my appointment time. Been still here for 3hrs and still not unloaded yet. It seem like they don't go by appointments time very well. The reviews on this place is very accurate...Don't bring a load. Plus they made me miss my next load appointment. My appointment was 10:30am . They last one in the dock.

Awesome place, I was 3 hours late, 6:00am appt and arrived 8:45am on Friday… they took me in right away, make sure your wearing your safety vest, slide tandems to rear and drop trailer and disconnect when they give you a door.

They’re kind of slow here. Also, the staff go on break every 15 minutes and still get an hour break. I don’t think I’ve ever been somewhere and seen the warehouse staff outside every 15 minutes. I truly think if they’d stay inside and actually work they would probably get trucks in and out in a timely fashion.

People are nice. Overnight parking. They take a long time to unload in my experience so that's why I gave 3 stars.

Never delivery again at this place. Don't book load with delivery here. They do not care about your appt. Waiting for 8 hours already.Checked in at 6AM, it is 3PM now and still waiting.One of the WORST receivers in the US

Overall, pretty good. The main thing is that they get you in and out quickly. Less than 2 hours for 15 pallets.

Showed up 6 hrs late because of break down and got right in a door. Only there maybe half hour. Ppl were really understanding.

I was an hour late an they still took me in,i was probably there unloading another hour and a half,i think they have overnight parking because they have a break room,but maybe 10 spots,but if there aint none left,you can drive back down the street to sonwill and park there,but tops closes,i believe at 14:00

Great place to deliver, they have overnight parking and get started nice & early in the morning.The staff is friendly and they unload fast! They don’t play, that trailer will be rocking!I’d definitely deliver her again, good place
