Normally I dread going into this bank branch but today I can say for the first time I left feeling good. The 5 star rating is strictly for Jada the teller who was hands down the best teller I’ve ever dealt with in this branch! Every other teller treats me like I’m a waist of their time or an inconvenience, never greeted and no small talk just stone cold typing that seems like attitude. It’s a miserable environment but Jada was happy and polite, she made small talk, she smiled, she told me to have a great day, all around wonderful human who made me feel like I was a person not a transaction! The rest of the tellers could take notes from her instead of being so cold, manager included! If I see her working from now on I won’t have the dread of walking in!

i Just opened my account a few months ago, and I have nothing but great , things to say about the staff and management, they are very accommodating, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of, their very knowledgeable and know how to help you . you never feel like your putting them out ,hats off to Ethan Duffy (advisor)who has gone out of his way to assist always, never pushes me off to someone else.Keep up the great work everyone. In this day and age ,when there is no customer service its nice to know your bank is working for you.Janice
