i Just opened my account a few months ago, and I have nothing but great , things to say about the staff and management, they are very accommodating, they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and taken care of, their very knowledgeable and know how to help you . you never feel like your putting them out ,hats off to Ethan Duffy (advisor)who has gone out of his way to assist always, never pushes me off to someone else. Keep up the great work everyone. In this day and age ,when there is no customer service its nice to know your bank is working for you. Janice

This is a great location with fantastic staff!!! The place is clean, well-lit, and recently remodeled. Each teller is kind and efficient. They really do have great customer service skills. The wait in line is never long. I'm glad that I use this location.

I would give them 0 stars but it won't register. The most inefficient bank I have ever been in. All transactions must go through the main listed legal dept. The branch personnel never seem to know the procedure (does not matter what branch you go to). You get scolded if you come in without an appointment but with one you still end up waiting. Seriously, don't bank with B of A. You're better off burying your money in the backyard, at least you can access it again.

I brought my autistic son here to make changes to his bank account. The bank employee that helped us was very patient and explained everything several ways to make absolutely sure my son understood everything. I appreciated her care and concern. He has interacted several times with BOA employees at different branches and they have always been very patient with him (and with me).
