The manager is always so miserable any time I go there. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if you can’t care enough not to be rude. Disappointing. Retire if you hate your job so much.

I tried to use a debit card, only to find out the pump was broken. The cashier instead of learning how to deal with a customer, she just acted like a child , they definitely need to have an inservice on how to treat customers. Plus the cashier refused in the beginning when ask to call the manager stating she will never answer the phone. I will be going to the gas station up the street from now on. I know 711 would like to hear everyone’s thoughts but how about you get your house in order.

Card readers on the pumps rarely work, pumps are slow, at 1 gallon a minute. In the store is clutter. And it is a fight to get back out on to the street. And their rewards system only works half of the time.

This place is so ghetto now. Cards on the pumps hardly work. No A/c in the store, horribly stocked... This can't be corporate owned and is most likely privately owned by the cheapest people that ever existed. This use to be a flagship store.

Honestly I love the food from the deli, but the completely random hours of operation is beyond frustrating. Some days they're open to 6pm, other days 4pm, somedays its closed at noon. If they could just stay open on a consistent schedule I would be a regular customer.

Prices aren't bad at this gas station. Plus lots of options for food, subs and sandwiches plus tons more of other food. Candy as well and a nice beer selection. Go and stop in!

Friendly employees. The store is clean and the food is fresh. Shelves are always stocked neatly. Great job to all the team members.

The cashier is incredibly rude and is everytime I go in there. I went it at 6:30pm today. I don’t understand why someone in customer service has an attitude for no reason and goes out of their way to be rude. I spend about $100 a month at 7 elevens on my way home from work etc. Not anymore. Have some standards. Not shopping here anymore and I encourage locals to find other places to shop for convenience items and gas. This is the city of good neighbors, let’s keep it that way.

Ashley Bavaro is an employee at this 7/11 on center and union. she was horribly rude to me so much so that she made me leave crying. i am 6 months pregnant and just trying to buy some food. after i left crying my husband went back to see why this girl was acting the way she was and she was also extremely rude to him. i then called back to get the mangers name and she refused to give it to me so i had her take down my husbands name and number waiting to see if anyone calls back
