I ordered flowers a week in advance of my sister in laws birthday and in error they were delivered the day I ordered them instead of on her birthday a week later. I called and spoke to Darlene and she felt so bad and said I will deliver another bouquet on her birthday no charge. I never expected that and she said no, it was our mistake. I ordered the bouquet online and it was even more beautiful than the picture. The 2nd bouquet was just as beautiful. I highly recommend West Sayville Flowers not only because their work is beautiful but their customer service was even better. Please go to them for all your floral needs.

I just wanted to leave a review and say Thank You! I ordered a funeral spray on Good Friday for a service the following Monday morning. I spoke with the florist and described the spray I was seeing on the website. She told me she would have to substitute with the flowers she had in her shop. I had no choice but to trust her and hope for the best. She did an excellent job! The spray she sent over was beautiful and everyone commented on it. I highly recommend this flower shop!!

Worst flowers I EVER got. Bought them on Tuesday DEAD by Friday!!!! If I can give zero stars I would! You people should be ashamed of the product u send out !!! Never again!

Donna and Lauren are extremely friendly and helpful! I wanted a bouquet for my kitchen, told Lauren what I like and she hand picked and tied the most gorgeous bouquet. Exactly what I wanted. And affordable too! I will get my flowers here from now on.

Disappointed. Ordered a funeral spray for local delivery. Left it up to the florist as she mentioned they would need to substitute some flowers in the arrangement I picked that was depicted on their website contractually. Arrangement was aesthetically dismal. Would never have used Berbers for a funeral arrangement. Liked every other spray arrangement better than the one I bought which is sad because I paid extra for mine to ensure it was substantial. Lastly, every arrangement had a printed card to indicate who it came from, which was easy for everyone to read. Mine was scrawled by hand which looked tacky. Two stars for being on time, making the effort & providing the service. I appreciate the effort but it was a fail for me should have had more foliage for what I paid. All the other beautiful arrangements came from Bayport florist, were substantial and well appointed, which I would use in the future and recommend for same price point. Sorry but this was a miss for me.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary as a surprise. They arrived days early despite the delivery date. There was not confusion about it. The date is confirmed on the receipt they provided me.

I ordered a peace lily over the phone from Florida and expressed the importance of the arrangement to the women, not even expressing the warm courtesy and ease of service, the peace lily plant was delivered within a few hours and words cannot express how BEAUTIFUL, perfect and just how amazing it is. I can not give a good enough review. The true care and heartfelt emotions that you can tell went into making it for me screams when looking at it. Thank you so much #WestSayvilleFlowers !! I was not able to be there for my sister & her wife for the passing of her brother but I could not have sent a more beautiful gesture and arrangement. Truly, thank you for understanding the importance and putting your care and heart into it. â¤ï¸ðŸ™

So nice. I called from Washington State. They had an armload of mixed fresh cut flowers delivered to my daughter's house quickly. She'd just gotten her dream job. Lovely person on the phone, Donna, said the business has been there 33 years. Thank you !

West Sayville Flowers is the only florist I use. Everyone receiving flowers I send them raves about how beautiful they are and how long they last. People on the receiving end have switched to West Sayville Flowers. The owner and employees are caring and amazing.
