I just bought a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and wanted some immediate mods; wheels, tires, bumpers, steering, lights. Mark and Paul answered all my questions so they went ahead and ordered all the parts. The job was done yesterday and I am extremely pleased with the work. Dave did a top notch professional job. Mark called me at least 4 times while they were working on it to make sure everything would turn out as I envisioned. Great service from the entire team! Thank you guys.

Had a lift kit installed by them about a year ago and i baby my truck and had the lift kit snap causing the control arm to snap and almost killed myself on the southern state… guys are ok but having this happen a year after installation i dont know what they really installed on my brandnew truck

Mark and his team are the BEST! I called him at 5pm on a Tuesday night after getting a gash in one tire and asking for replacement tires for a Jeep Rubicon. The current ones weren't standard, but regardless, Mark tried his best to find them. In an effort to save time, we decided to go with a completely different brand, which is much better quality and will be easier to replace in the future.
We bought the Jeep in at 11am the following morning and by 3pm Mark called to say that the Jeep was ready for pickup! He also called with a few minor updates that he suggested we fix now, which we really had no idea about prior to him working on the Jeep. We certainly appreciate his attentiveness and honesty -- and for finding the time to work on the Jeep on extremely short notice.
Talk about impressive customer service, quality work and reasonable prices -- The Truck Shop has it all!

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable and took the time to explain how they were going to lift my husbands Denali and they were able to utilize parts he already had and were kind enough to install parts he had sitting in his truck that he was going to install .. eventually. Great service. Great rims and the job was done right! Thank you so much for all your time and hard work!

I've been going to the Truck Shop for over 30 yrs. Paul & Mark make getting your rig customized easy, and their prices are reasonable. In the shop, Dave has been customizing customers vehicles there for over 40 yrs and knows his stuff. If you want to get your truck, suv, Jeep or Bronco lifted, get bigger tires etc there's no better place IMHO and I speak from experience!

I been wanted to write a review about this shop. I’m the type if I received bad service I just take my money else where and no longer revisit the samePlace. I used to drive 120miles round trips to this shop just to get work done on my jeep. They did great jobs in the beginning on my jeep and I even referred a lot of people to them. I spent a lot of money as well they did my AEV lift, tire carrier and steps and the quality of work was always perfect. All trust on this shop was gone Until I took my jeep back to them due to poor work that was done previously by me of me trying to attempt to installed some fenders and inner fenders by myself. I explained to the guy behind the counter that I wanted all fenders and inner fenders to be removed and installed correctly which he agreed to. The next day he called me stating the car was ready to pick up. Due to my working hours I paid the bill over the phone which was a total of 600$ but 400$ was for the fenders and inner fenders and 200$ was for something else agreed to fix. I was able to pick up the jeep after hours and I was soo disappointed. When I got to my jeep they left everything exactly how it was when I dropped the jeep they didnt even bother removing the fenders and inner fenders to install them properly. When I called the guy at the desk he said he is not sure but people in the back said they did everything and he asked me to bring the jeep back so they could remove and reinstall everything which I did. Then, the next day he told me jeep is ready for pick up. Again, I work business hours so i pick up the jeep after business hours. All they did was continue where I left off and never removed and re installed my fenders or inner fenders. Basically I paid them 400$ for my own work. I lost all my trust in this shop and I never took my car there ever since.

THANK YOU TRUCK SHOP! I highly recommend Paul and his crew at at The Truck Shop! I had suspension work done......Coilovers, Shocks, UCA's Truck was also leveled and aligned. Paul answered every question and concern I had to allow me to make an informed decision about my truck.
