“Riteway is an amazing shop. They are up front with everything and they do an all over inspection on your vehicle and send you the report with photographs and detailed descriptions. They were really a life saver this past week where my wife’s car had a coolant leak and it was her only form of transportation for the weekend. They were able to overnight the needed metal pipe that had rusted away from Honda and they got the job done in the morning on a day they were supposed to be off. They went above and beyond and we really are grateful for it. Truly an amazing shop, great work, great customer service and attention to detail. I will always recommend Riteway.”
“Great vehicle maintenance and repair shops are hard to come by and most are concerned with getting raked over the coals with recommendations for unnecessary parts and services. Since owning my truck, which I bought back in 2019, I’ve only taken my Ram for service to Browns. They’re honest, affordable, and pleasant to work with every time. In fact, when I shopped around to have a tow brake module and control installed in my truck, I called three different Ram dealerships. Another dealership located in the greater Smithtown area wanted double what Browns quoted me for the same install. It’s literally the same OEM parts, same labor hours…and all Ram dealerships. There’s no reason there should’ve been any price difference. Highly recommend this dealership .”

“My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. However, when I brought my car there, I discovered it was under new ownership. I am so happy to say my experience was just as good as it had been in the past.
Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.
I ended up going with the cheaper option and was so nervous to see my car when I picked it up. To my surprise, my car looked awesome!! I was so happy with my decision and with the service I received at Nolan’s Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop.”

I came to get a carbon cleaning and coolant flush/hose replacement. After checking it out they said the car didnt need the carbon cleaning and saved me $600. I love the honesty.
