“Everyone knows when they have to have a repair done on a vehicle it is no fun . Who has time in there busy lives to drop off a car , make all the calls , get a rental , and then pick it all up ? Not in New York ! I have to say in a grim situation caliber collision was amazing . The staff greet you immediately and get to work professionally and timely . They communicate with you every step of the way ( and not in an annoying way) , they send texts and call when necessary.They also set you up in a rental and have all your questions answered immediately. The rental company was also friendly and professional. Not only did they do an excellent repair with great professionalism and communication , the woman whom works the front desk Meagan was kind , professional and went out of her way to meet my needs . “My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.

“This is the only place to have suspension work done to your vehicle on Long Island period. Rich and Rich Jr. set a standard of customer service and quality no other shop can touch. After going back and forth about which height to lift my truck to, I ultimately went with a 6" kit on the recommendation of the boys and man am I glad I did. It turned out better than I expected, rides better than stock, and is pin straight going down the road. I'm finding myself looking for projects on my other cars just so I have an excuse to go down to the shop and hang out! If you're on the fence of where to go for modifications, this is the shop to go to!”

“I have been working with Kyle and Precision Collision for over 20 years. The most recent work they did for me was this past week to replace the front bumper on my 2009 Chevy Suburban. They do excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and very fairly priced. I used to live close by the shop, but moved about 10 years ago. I travel pretty far to have Kyle do the work because if I go around where I live, which is in the Huntington area, the price would be 40% to 50% more. I know that for a fact because I've brought cars in for local quotes and then just brought it to Kyle to get fixed. Kyle's office provides a written quote in advance that they explain and then they do what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. I highly recommend Precision Collision.”
