“Super impressed with these guys. Wife got a flat (day after it was "repaired" by Mavis), she was near their shop so she stopped. They literally dropped everything they were doing. Left their half eaten lunch on the table and went out to fix her vehicle. What they found upon repair was astonishing.... The previous shop had left the nail in the tire and just filled it with air and charged us for the repair and sent us on their way. Huge safety hazard in my opinion.. I'm glad she stumbled upon this place because they've earned a new customer.”
“This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. “Polite staff not pushy. Needed a car inspection and wasn't sure if my car would pass because of the brakes. Needed oil change and they advised me no issues with my brakes but two tires would not pass. Ordered 2 tires for delivery the next day and went back for new tires and passed inspection. I'm a woman and the employee didn't "mansplain" or degrade me and was professional and curteous. Thank you, I will be back if I need anything in the future.”

“We just moved to NY and hadn't had time to look around for a good mechanic. So when my car started throwing what seemed like every error light and locked up my brakes while literally on the way home from getting it registered I was pretty stressed out. I looked up the closest shop with good reviews and managed to get my brakes to unlock long enough to limp there.
Turns out I had two faulty wheel speed sensors. One was completely dead and the other was just causing intermittent errors. Mark is very friendly and really takes ownership of their work. They ended up needing to keep the car a bit longer after first calling me to say it was ready, due to discovering the intermittent sensor was actually faulty and not just dirty or something. He apologized profusely and went above and beyond to test drive the car multiple times before calling me to come get it again at no additional charge for the added labor, just the new sensor. So far so good on the repairs and my husband and I will absolutely be going here for both our vehicles going forward.”

“Great experience. Made an appointment online for 4 new tires, mounted & balanced. Made the appointment the night before, got there & the shop only had 3 in stock. The manager John went out of his way to drive to Glenmont to get the 4th tire while I waited. Only took a few hours start to finish. Not to mention I actually saw them use a torque wrench to torque the wheels correctly, not an impact "uga duga good enough" like I've seen other shops do. Good deal on the tires too.”
