Once I explained that it was my only vehicle the extremely nice lady on the phone, think her name was Sherry, found out they had a cancelation and told me to come now. “I was checked in, in less than 5 min. I was told one hour and that my car needed an transmission fluid change. I was happy to hear they check on this. I was able to walk to McDonalds to get a soda and sandwich for breakfast. I waited about an hour and the associated came into the very nice waiting room to have me pay the bill and pick up my car. All associates were friendly and happy, which made the experience happy and satisfying. Thank you for having a great crew.”

“Had a noise in C class RV at a certain speed. Long drive shaft 2 piece, They found it was twisted a bit, They cut the tubing out put heavier wall in with all new Spicer joints. Did this all in 2 days. Solved my problem”
