Made a 10:00 AM appointment for my state inspection. Nobody came to the desk until 10:20. I filled out the paperwork and left for the 30 minutes they said it would take to complete inspection.
I come back in, and they tell me that they can't do the inspection because my front windshield is too tinted. I've had this vehicle inspected for the past 3 years in New York State in multiple different places, and nobody has ever denied me on the basis of the window tint, my windshield is a factory windshield and no tint has ever been applied to it. Then the guy hands me the wrong car keys. I got my actual keys and promptly left.
Not punctual, and talking a lot of nonsense. Not going back.

Oil Change and Self-Service. Shout outs to Uri and Chris who are amazing mechanics. My best advice is to ask for help if you need anything. They were very helpful and didn't mind finding a specialty tool or check on my vehicle even though I was doing a self-service job.

Avoid this disorganized, unprofessional business with poor customer service. I scheduled an appt for an oil change. I dropped off my vehicle and upon returning 1.5 hrs later as instructed, the work was incomplete bc they had no oil filters for my vehicle. I received no communication via phone call/VM. Staff drove out of town to pick up filters and finally 3 hours later the job was completed. The manager, Dave, disregarded my constructive feedback that (1) the company is unprepared for booked appointment bc they lack materials, (2) communication with customers is poor/non-existent, (3) 3hrs of my time were unnecessarily wasted.

Good place for basic service, oil change, State inspection etc. Closed Mondays and sometimes they don't answer their phone.

Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. They gave me individual block of instruction on several aspects of maintenance and I feel more confident in my ability to service the automobile (tires, oil changes, hydraulic lift, etc.). Also got my state annual inspection done. 10/10 will come here again to work on the car.

They took care of me here. I dropped off my truck and they had it done the same day when I was done with work. If you can get on post they are worth a try.
