Unless you double check everything that they are pre approving you for your car loan and make sure they put everything down right do not use them it could cause you to lose your loan for your vehicle.

830 credit score and still came nowhere close to the what their website shows for an auto loan... wish we could get a real rate prior to a loan be dispersed rather than hearing what your rate and payments are after the fact. Otherwise the application process and all was easy. Talked to no one which was probably part of the issue.

I am, reluctantly as they took over my other card,a new PenFed cc holder. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with to set up on line and make payments. The customer service ,while nice people,take well over an hr to get through-and hangs up on you while on hold,and 3 out of 4 times was unable to help and wasted my and their time. Once I have all the payments cleared I will never use the card or horrible website/customer service number again !

Very disappointed at penfed at this moment with the time we living this time Making me do a payment on the 15th of this month and I’m not working it’s not nobodies fault in the world what’s going on but once I am done with my loan. It will be the last loan I will take with penfed navy federal is a better bank then you guys that for sure .....never again i’d rather buy food for my kids to make a payment to you guys It’s so sad you guys will never understand

I have always been a ( still loyal ) use-d to pay balances on time every month user of their services, even though I felt like I didn't deserve it as a non-Vet. However I unfortunately watched Twtich then developed a 6-year-long ( /w medical records corresponding to exact ) panic disorder with twitch streamers/supporters harassing me in between!
